REFUND POLICY

01 — ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests are eligible under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The request is made by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the purchase
• The software was purchased directly through wellsentertainmentsoftware.com

Purchases made through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad) are subject to that platform's refund policy.

02 — HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact us at the address below with your purchase email and order details. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

03 — LICENSE REVOCATION

Upon issuance of a refund, your Imouto product license key will be permanently revoked. The software will no longer activate on any device using that key. This process is automated and takes effect immediately upon refund confirmation.

Any continued use of the software following a refund is a violation of the Imouto Suite Terms of Service.

04 — DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE

Imouto Suite products are digital software products delivered by license key. Because products are delivered electronically and can be used immediately upon purchase, we rely on your good faith when processing refund requests outside of technical failure.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is clear evidence of misuse, abuse of the refund process, or violation of our Terms of Service.

05 — EXCHANGES AND TRANSFERS

Imouto product licenses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or credits. One license is valid for one machine at a time.

06 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Wells Entertainment Software reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made prior to any policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
